15 Aug Federal Dollars for IV&V

In this fiscal year the Federal Government spent $45.2 million dollars on 86 contract transactions for independent verification and validation (IV&V) services. The vehicles used to make these purchases were: Definitive Contracts ($34.8 million); Delivery Orders ($7.1 million); Purchase Orders ($1.6 million); and, BPA Calls ($1.5 million).The dollars were spread across at least six different NAICS codes amd nine different PSC numbers.
